HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BAG?
We recommend applying a leather balm every 6 months, which will help the color and texture stay the same. If you're going to use the bag in rain or snow, we recommend you spray it with a protective spray. Keep in mind leather is not waterproof - if it's pouring rain, keep it at home!

For now, we're only shipping in the USA. We do ship internationally for bulk orders. For questions or inquiries email email@example.com.
WHERE DOES YOUR LEATHER COME FROM?
We work exclusively with fair trade manufacturers. Our leather comes from Italy and is processed and colored with vegetable dye at a sustainable leather tannery. Our bags are made from a fair trade 100% eco manufacturer in Morocco.
WHERE CAN I BUY STEERAGE?

HOW DO I RETURN MY BAG?
If you decide within 14 days that your Steerage bag isn't for you, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a free return label with directions. When we get the product back in our hands we'll issue you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items you've had for more than 14 days.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY BAG?
Decide you're less of a blue and more of a red? It's cool with us. You can exchange within 14 days for whatever color you'd like. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll send you a free return label with directions. When we get the product back in our hands we'll send your new one. Unfortunately we can't accept exchanges of items you've had for more than 14 days.
HOW DO I USE MY TWO-YEAR WARRANTY?
If your bag breaks or has issues beyond normal wear and tear, email firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of what's wrong. If you have a receipt or order number, include that as well.
From there, our quality experts will determine whether we repair your bag, replace your bag, or refund your purchase so you can buy a new product (if your product is discontinued or out of stock). Please note that to be as sustainable as possible, we will always try to repair before replace.
